摘要
校长培训是校长专业发展的有效形式。传统校长培训模式中,校长处于被动的受教育状态,缺乏自主发展的动力和激情;"影子校长"培训模式赋予校长以"追随者、学习者、合作者和质疑者"等身份,校长通过"影子扮演"回归到行动实践反思的主体位置,回归到自主发展的中心。"影子校长"培训为新入职教师和校长专业发展、学徒制试点提供了理念和实践指导,是提高职教教师培训质量,强化专业人员自主发展的有效途径,也是开拓国际合作、引导职业教育走向国际化的有效途径。
The principal training is an effective form for principals’ professional development. In the traditional mode, principals receive the training passively with less motivation and passion for self-directed development. However, in the “shadow principal” training model, the principals are endowed with an identity of follower, learner, cooperator and skeptics. As a result, through the “shadow role playing”, the principals return to the subject position of action, practice and reflection, and return to the center of self-directed independent as well. What’s more, the “shadow principal” training also provides theoretical and practical guidance for new teachers training, professional development of principals and apprentice pilot. So it is an effective way both to improve the quality of vocational education teacher training and to strengthen self-directed professional development. It is even an effective way to develop international cooperation to internationalize vocational education.
