Training Strategies of Key Competencies for Application-oriented College Students

研究表明,关键能力对于学生适应未来社会职业调整和变换起着关键作用,然而应用型本科教育却存在关键能力培养课程缺乏、教学方法落后、教师素质能力不高等问题。对此,应采取制定相应法规、完善课程体系、创新人才培养模式、拓宽教师引进渠道、改革评价机制等对策,加强应用型本科人才关键能力培养。

The study shows that the key to the ability for students to adapt to the future social and professional adjustment and transformation plays a key role. However, application-oriented education but there is a lack of critical capacity-building curriculum, teaching methods behind, teacher quality and ability, not high. In this regard, it should be taken to develop appropriate laws and regulations, improve the curriculum, innovative training model, introducing teachers to broaden the channels, strategy evaluation mechanism reform, strengthen application-oriented talents critical ability.
