微生物法测定婴幼儿乳粉中泛酸质量分数的不确定度评定 被引量:17

摘要 根据CNAS-GL06:2006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》中提供的思路,对乳粉中泛酸含量测定数学模型中影响测定结果的变量进行分析,确定影响每一变量的不确定度分量并进行计算,合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。婴幼儿乳粉中泛酸质量分数测定结果为(2193±173.3)μg/100g,通过评定,影响泛酸质量分数测定结果的最主要不确定度分量为微生物因素。 Based on instuctions in CNAS-GL06: 2006《Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis》, Variables that affects the determination of pantothenic acid were analyzed. Factors that contributes to the uncertainty evaluation of every variable were identified and total uncertainty and expand uncertainty were calculated. The content of pantothenic acid in infant formula milk powder determined by microbiological method was(2193±173.3)μg /100 g. The results showed that the most significant factor that contributed to the determination of pantothenic acid was microbiological factors.
