黑龙江省生态文明建设指标体系研究

Research on the Indicator Index of Ecological Civilization Construction in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省经过十几年的生态省建设,生态环境保护与建设取得了显著的成效,为黑龙江省的生态文明建设奠定了坚实的基础。本文通过对黑龙江省现有自然、经济、资源、环境等基础条件分析,结合党的"十八大"对新时期建设的新要求,综合层次分析、主成分分析、专家分析等综合评价,建立了黑龙江省的生态文明建设指标体系,旨在对黑龙江省生态文明建设进行初步评价。

Through the characteristic analysis of nature,economy,resources,environment in Heilongjiang province,combined with new requirements of the construction of ecological civilization of our province and our country proposed at ＂18th CPC National Congress ＂,establish the index system of the construction of ecological civilization of Heilongjiang province,aimed at laying the foundation for the quantitative evaluation of the construction level of ecological civilization of Heilongjiang province,provide guidance for the construction of ecological civilization of our province.
