摘要
枕头坝一级水电站1号堆积体治理工程包括左岸堆积体治理、1号非溢流坝段及过坝公路。因工程地质条件复杂,治理工程量大,给项目投资控制带来困难。针对具体情况采取设计优化,如缩小上游端抗滑桩分布范围,对部分桩长度优化,减少水下开挖工程量,优化边坡支护方案等。此外,通过加强计量控制、变更管理、工期考核等措施,使合同实施阶段投资得到有效控制,有效节约了工程成本。
The treatment works of No.1 accumulated mass at Zhentouba Ⅰ Hydropower Station includes the treatment of accumulated mass at left bank,No.1 non-overflow dam section and the road overpassing the dam.Due to complicated geology and large engineering quantity of the works,the investment control is difficult.Aiming to the concrete condition,the design is optimized,such as reducing distribution scope of upstream anti-slide pile,optimizing the length of partial anti-slide pile,reducing underwater excavation quantity,optimizing side-slope support etc,in addition,the measures of metrological control,change management,construction progress assessment etc.are taken.The investment was effectively controlled by the above measures.
