堆石混凝土在水电站尾水挡墙中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 枕头坝一级水电站建设过程中混凝土浇筑方量较大,给砂石加工、混凝土拌和系统带来较大压力。结合工程具体情况及堆石混凝土的试验成果,提出了将堆石混凝土应用于工程尾水左挡墙浇筑。给出了堆石混凝土的施工技术要求,并设计了施工工艺流程。工程应用表明,堆石混凝土相比常态混凝土具有工艺简单、施工方便、成本较低等优势,对加快工程进度意义重大,可供同类工程借鉴。 Construction of Zhentouba Ⅰ Hydropower Station demands a large quantity of concrete,which brings relative large pressure on aggregate producing system and concrete mixing system.By consideration of the practical condition and the test results of rock-filled concrete,it is proposed to apply the rock-filled concrete to the construction of tail water left retaining wall.The construction technical requirement is provided and the technical procedure is designed.The construction application shows that the rock-filled concrete has the advantages of simple process,convenient construction and low cost compared with normal concrete,so it has significant meanings to promoting construction schedule.
