枕头坝库区复建公路挡墙施工及质量控制

Construction and quality control of retaining wall in reconstructed road project of Zhentouba Reservoir Area

枕头坝一级水电站库区省道306复建公路地处深山峡谷地带,在施工过程中存在着地质条件复杂多变、挡墙施工与工程保通干扰强烈、施工规划布置困难等难题。由于水库建成蓄水后将会使复建公路左侧下边坡浸水,为此,决定在沿线特殊路段设置挡土墙。详细介绍了道路建设过程中挡墙施工的工艺要求以及工程质量控制要点,包括模板安装、混凝土浇筑、接缝处理等。相关经验可供类似工程设计施工参考。

The S306 reconstructed road in Zhentouba Reservoir Area locates at the areas of high mountains and gorges,which faces a series of problems such as complicated geological conditions,strong interference between retaining wall construction and unobstructed traffic and difficult construction planning.After the construction of Zhentouba Reservoir,the left lower side-slope of reconstructed road would be immersed,so the retaining wall is constructed at the immersed section.In this paper,the technological requirements and quality control of retaining wall construction such as shuttering installation,concrete pouring and joint treatment are introduced.
