基于IEC标准的虚拟式中小型风力发电机功率特性测试系统的研究

摘要 利用Lab VIEW和Matlab软件以及相关硬件设施,开发一套可用于现场测试的符合IEC标准的中小型风力发电功率特性测试和分析系统。通过对输出电流、输出电压、大气温度、大气压力、风速等现场试验数据的分析和处理,获得满足IEC 61400-12-1标准的功率特性曲线,为评估和改进风力机性能提供技术支持。并在风洞试验中验证该测试系统的可靠性。 LabVIEW and Matlab software and relative hardware were used to develop a novel power performance testing system for site testing of small and medium-sized wind turbines (SMSWT)based on IEC standard. The power performance curves which met IEC 61400-12-1 standard were obtained through analyzing and dealing with site testing data, such as output current and voltage, atmosphere temperature and pressure and wind speed etc.. The curves will provide technical support for evaluating and improving the performance of the SMSWT, and the reliability of the test system was verified by wind tunnel testing.
