摘要
阐述了瓷套绝缘子在等静压成型过程引起的主要质量缺陷,讨论了质量缺陷产生的原因。根据质量原因分析对各影响因素进行了相应的质量控制措施。通过对成型过程中质量缺陷的质量控制,使质量缺陷不合格品明显下降,提高了瓷检合格率,取得了良好的效果。
The main quality failures in the process of isostatic press production of porcelain insulator are expatiated in this article and the causes of such failure are discussed. The quality control measures are implemented regarding to the above mentioned problems. As a result, the qualified rate of products increases and the number of non-qualified products decreases obviously through the quality control in the process of production. Good effects are reached.
