摘要
为满足在导弹飞行过程中对弹体各部位温度测试的需求,设计了一种多路高精度测温装置。装置具有体积小、精度高、工作稳定、性能可靠等优点。装置是基于高精度测温专用AD芯片ADS1148而设计的,选用PT1000铂电阻作为温度传感器,以STM32单片机作为主控芯片。设计采用了三线制、高精度AD芯片、分段拟合等措施确保了装置的测温精度。测试结果表明,在-50℃-150℃测温范围内,该装置的测温误差小于±0.1℃。
To meet the needs of the various parts of the missile body temperature test in the process of missile flight,a multi-channel high-precision temperature measurement device has designed,which has small size,high accuracy,high stability and reliability advantages et al. The device was based on ADS1148 which was a dedicated AD chip,choose PT1000 platinum resistance as temperature sensor,with microcontroller-unit STM32 as the master chip.The design uses a three-wire,high-precision AD chip,fitting and other measures to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement devices. Test results show that the temperature measurement error of the device was less than ±0.1℃ in the range of-50 ℃-150 ℃.
