摘要
将故障树分析法引入牵引索绞车可靠性研究中,首先建立系统的故障树,进行故障树定性及定量分析。并以系统故障树为基础,对绞车进行了重要度分析,得出了各部件的基本故障模式相对于系统的重要度,找出影响牵引索绞车工作的重要因素,为故障诊断及维修提供依据。
In this paper, the fault tree analysis method (FTA) is introduced into the reliability study of the outhaul winch. Firstly, the paper establishes a system fault tree. The analysis is done by qualitative and quantitative on the fault tree. Secondly, according to the system fault tree, the degree of importance of basic failure modes of each component relative to the system are obtained by the importance analysis on the winch. Finally, the paper identifies important factors affecting outhaul winch work, which provides a basis for fault diagnosis and maintenance.
