摘要
海洋平台桩腿高强度大厚度板材在切割焊接前预热对于减少结构裂纹十分必要。利用Jmatpro软件计算出NV E690板材的热物理性能参数,并根据金属学理论进行了修正。采用碳当量计算式计算得到预热温度,并结合企业生产实际,确定NV E690板材的预热温度为220℃。在此基础上基于热弹塑性有限元法数值模拟了高强度大厚板板材的预热过程,通过与实测数据对比,验证了材料高温物理性能参数的可靠性,为进一步研究提供了理论依据及数据支持。
Preheating before cutting and welding for high strength thick component of offshore platform is necessary to reduce structure crackles. The thermal physical property parameters of the NV E690 plate are calculated by Jmatpro and revised according to metal theories. The carbon equivalent formula is used to calculate the preheating temperature. Combining with the production in enterprises, it is determined the preheating temperature of NV E690 plate is 220 ℃Based on the finite element method with heating-elastoplasticity, the preheating procedure of high strength plate is numerically simulated Compared with the measuring data, the reliability of material physical property parameters are verified, which provides a theoretical basis and data support for further study.
