半边旗有效成分5F抗肿瘤作用研究进展

Progress in Research on Anti-tumor Effect of 5F Isolated from Pteris semipinnata L.

半边旗为我国南方常用中草药,从中提取的有效成分5F具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。本文从体内外抗肿瘤药效、细胞凋亡、细胞周期、NF-κB通路、p53、ROS、MAPK通路以及肿瘤侵袭和转移等多方面综述近二十年来5F抗肿瘤作用研究概况和研究进展。

PsL（ Pteris Semipinnata L.）,is a common used herb in southern China. 5F extracted from the PsL has good anti-tumor effect. This paper is to sum up the research progress of anti-tumor effect of 5F,from the aspects of anti-tumor efficacy in vitro and in vivo,apoptosis,cell cycle,NF-κB pathway,p53,ROS,MAPK pathway,tumor invasion and metastasis.
