针对企业技术创新问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了在区域一体化以及产业链形式的发展背景下,企业跨区域创新联盟构建存在的障碍和政府部门主导企业创新战略联盟网络的实施路径,提出政府部门在企业技术创新战略联盟网络的构建中要起到主导性作用。

in view of enterprises＇ technology innovation, an inductive analysis was made of the obstacles in the construction of enterprises＇ cross-regional innovation alliances and the approach for government-leading enterprises to implement innovation strategic alliances under the background of regional integration and industry chains. It is pointed out that the government is expected to play the leading role in the construction of enterprise networks of technological innovation alliances.
