摘要
针对公关交际语言技巧运用问题,结合现代社会交往实际需要,从文明礼貌,热情真诚;方法多元,有效沟通;处变不惊,巧言应对;善于聆听,双向交流4个方面对如何有效运用公关交际语言技巧进行了探索和研究。
In view of problems in the application of language skills in PR communication and the actual need of modem society for communication, an exploration was conducted of the ways to efficiently apply language skills for PR communication from the perspective of civilization and manners, enthusiasm and sincerity, multi- methods, effective communication, composedness and tactful replies, efficient listening and mutual communication.
