摘要
针对三学期制合作教育机电专业人才培养模式,采用理论分析的方法,分析了理论与实践教学的闭环运行机制,提出了理论与实践教学互相反哺的应用创新型实践教学人才培养的方法,详细阐述了实践人才培养的特色,从课程设置、知识体系融合、教材建设和实践学时优化等方面提供了保障措施。研究结果对其他高校制定本科人才培养方案具有借鉴意义。
Based on talent cultivating mode of three-semester cooperative education of mechanical and electrical major, a theory analysis was made of the closed loop operation mechanism of theoretical teaching and practical teaching. The method for training applied and innovative talents of practical teaching is put forward highlighting mutual feedback between theoretical teaching and practical teaching. The characteristics of practical talent training were described in detail. Corresponding measures are provided in the aspects of curriculum design, knowledge system＇s integration, teaching materials＇ construction and teaching periods＇ optimization. The result will provide reference for other colleges and universities to formulate their cultivating program for undergraduates
