深井钻机动力气化关键配套技术研究 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON KEY SUPPORTING TECHNOLOGIES OF POWER PACKAGE GASIFICATION OF DEEP DRILLING RIG

摘要 塔里木油田通过采用美国GTI混合燃料系统、德国HZM混合燃料系统、济柴燃气机组对深井钻机动力进行气化示范。通过GTI、HZM混合燃料系统、济柴三种机型的燃气机组在深井钻机上的适用性试验研究,形成了深井钻机动力气化配套技术和规范;并对混合燃料系统和燃气机组进行了关键配套技术的研究与试验,设计了CNG减压撬、LNG气化撬、储能缓冲装置、快速切换装置等一系列配套设备,实现钻井作业大气污染物排放量降低30%,燃料成本降低15%-20%。通过对混合燃料技术和燃气机技术的适用性试验研究,建立了深井钻机气化示范模式。混合燃料技术柴油替代率在30%-60%左右时,各种工况都能达到较好的机组性能和经济效益,具有良好的经济和社会效益,安全、可靠,节能减排效果好,推广应用价值高。 Tarim Oilfield adopted the American GTI bi-fuel system,Germany HZM bi- fuel system and Jichai gas package to gasify deep drilling rig power. Through the applicability research of GTI,HZM and Jichai gas package in deep drilling rig of Tarim Oilfield,a supporting technology and specifications of deep drilling rig power gasification have been established and series of corollary equipments like CNG decompression skid and LNG gasification drag,energy- store buffer device,quick- changeover unit etc. have been designed. Key matching technologies of bi- fuel system and gas engine were studied and the demonstration mode of deep drilling rig gasification was established. The experimental results of the gasification equipments showed that the discharge amount of atmospheric contaminant and the cost of fuel were decreased by 30% and15% ~ 20% respectively,when the diesel substitute rate of bi-fuel system was around 30% ~ 60%,engine unit could achieve a better performance under any working conditions. The power package gasification of deep drilling rig is worth popularizing because of its economic and social benefits,safety and reliability.
