精细控压钻井技术在高石19井实践与认识 被引量:20

摘要 高石19井是四川盆地乐山-龙女寺古隆起高石梯潜伏构造震旦系顶界南端上的一口预探井。该井四开常规钻井在栖霞组4 013.69 m钻遇高压裂缝,溢、漏复杂交替发生,处理30 d后仍无法恢复常规钻井,漏失钻井液2 510.9 m3。后采用精细控压钻井技术,成功解决了溢漏同存的复杂局面,顺利钻至中完井深,为磨溪-高石梯海相地层精细控压钻井技术的应用总结了经验,取得显著应用效果。 Well GS19 is a preliminary prospecting well located in sinian formation of Leshan- longnvsi tectonic structure in Sichuan. The high pressure fractured reservoir was drilled in4013. 69 m,which caused the complex problems of overflowing alternate with leaking. The conventional drilling operation couldn't be carried out after accident handling 30 days and the drilling fluid was leaked 2510. 9 m3. In order to solve the problems,the precise managed pressure drilling technology was ap-plied and the overflowing and leaking was successfully solved,and the remarkable economic effects were obtained. Meanwhile,the application experiences of precise MPD technology in GS19 were summed up.
