摘要
对法兰支撑液压缸进行了受力分析,通过理论推导,得出液压缸缸体在高压液体的作用下产生的径向弹性变形公式,将100 MN油压机液压缸的设计参数带入公式,计算缸体的径向弹性变形量,并通过有限元分析,对理论计算的结果进行验证。
Force analysis is performed on a flange-supported hydraulic cylinder. The formula of the radial elastic deformation that is produced by hydraulic cylinder under the action of high-pressure fluid is derived theoretically. The design parameters of the hydraulic cylinder of 100 MN oil press is put into the radial elastic deformation formula to calculate the radial elastic deformation of the hydraulic cylinder. The calculation result is verified by the means of finite element analysis.
