为保障血液检测结果准确可靠,血液筛查实验室已建立了包括室内质量控制(QC)和室间质量评价(EQAS)在内的一系列质量控制技术。QC主要通过监测检测的精密度来确定实验室常规工作的可靠性,EQAS主要通过不同实验室间的比对,监测检测结果的准确性并发现实验室可能存在的偏差。QC和EQAS从不同方面监控检测质量,二者相辅相承,缺一不可,其结果和结论能为血液筛查结果准确可靠提供证据。

In order to keep blood testing results reliable, a series of quality control techniques, including internal quali- ty control （QC） and external quality assessment schemes （EQAS） have been established in blood screening laboratories. QC emphasizes on the precision of supervision to render routine testing reliable but EQAS inspects the accuracy of testing through comparing the testing results between different laboratories and finding the potential deviation in testing. QC and EQAS play ar im- portant role in maintaining testing quality through different aspects which complement each other to provide reliable testing resulths.
