摘要
为解决无刷直流电机控制方案的优化问题,采用改进遗传优化的模糊PI控制方法,设计无刷直流电机速度控制器,分析了传统模糊控制存在的缺点,对隶属度函数和模糊控制规则同时进行优化,改进了遗传算法设计过程中影响控制性能的不合理因素,通过系统仿真分析和基于DSP的实验平台,验证了提出的改进遗传优化模糊PI控制方法的有效性.研究结果表明:改进遗传优化模糊PI控制器具有响应速度快,无超调等特性,鲁棒性和抗干扰能力强,电机动、静态性能得到明显改善.新型控制方法有效提高了无刷直流电机控制性能,并为无刷直流电机高性能控制的理论研究和实际应用提供了新的思路.
To improve control scheme of brushless DC motor, this paper proposed a strategy of fuzzy PI control based on improved genetic algorithm, designed a speed controller of brushless DC motor, analyzed the shortconmings of the traditional fuzzy control, and optimized membership function and fuzzy control rule at the same time. The unreasonable factors that tinfluence the control performance of the design is improved. Through a system simulation and experimental platform based on DSP, this study verifised the effectiveness of the proposed improved genetic optimization of fuzzy PI control method. The results show that new fuzzy PI controller responses faster and without overshoot, and its robustness and anti-interference ability are strong. The motor dynamic and static resistance performance is improved significantly. The new control method improves the performance of brushless DC motor control effectively, which provides a new way for theoretical research and practical application of high-performance brushless DC motor control.
