摘要
为分析快开门式蒸压釜釜齿的齿侧出现裂纹的成因,并探讨合理的修复方案.采用有限元法对某台蒸压釜的快开门结构进行了分析计算,根据JB4732-1995对结构进行强度评定,对齿侧裂纹区进行打磨处理,考察了打磨结构的应力状况、疲劳寿命与打磨圆弧半径的关系.计算结果表明:打磨圆弧半径在一定范围内可满足强度要求,疲劳寿命随打磨圆弧半径的增大先增后降,并存在最佳打磨圆弧半径.对一定深度范围内的齿侧裂纹进行这种非焊接打磨处理,可以降低修复费用,提高修复效率.
Flaws often occur at teeth root side of quick open autoclave kettle, and it is necessary to study the flaw reason and feasible repair scheme for the equipment safety. Stress was analyzed by FEM (Finite element method) for a quick open autoclave kettle. And the strength was evaluated by JB4732-1995. The teeth root side flaw was suggested to be polished with a radius, which would affect the stress state and fatigue life of the structure. It was found that the structure satisfy the stress intensity requirement with the discussed polishing radius, and the fatigue life raises first and then reduces with the increase of polishing radius, which promises optimal polishing radius. For teeth root side flaw within certain depth, it is feasible to repair the flaw by polishing without welding, which can reduce the repair cost and improve the repair efficiency.
