摘要
为提高汽车侧碰安全性,利用泡沫铝的吸能特性,将泡沫铝填充到汽车车门的防撞梁中,设计一种新型填充结构防撞梁以提高汽车在侧面碰撞中的吸能特性.首先,以Hypemesh为前处理器,以LS-DYNA为求解器对传统结构防撞梁及所设计的新型防撞梁组成的两种车门部件的碰撞特性分别进行仿真分析,得出两种车门部件与刚性柱侧碰时车门和防撞梁变形图、应力云图以及入侵速度-时间曲线.然后对仿真结果进行比较分析.结果表明,与传统结构防撞梁相比,泡沫铝填充结构防撞梁具有更高的吸能特性.
In order to improve the security of car in collision, this paper utilized the energy absorption characteristics of foam aluminum into anti-collision beam as a new anti-collision beam design. At first, the collision properties of car door with traditional or new anti-collision beam were simulated by using Hypemesh as preprocessor and LS-DYNA as solver, then the deformation diagrams of the car door and anti-collision beam as well as intrusion speed-time curve in side-crashing with rigid column were obtained. Through the comparison of the simulation results, it is concluded that anti-collision beam filled with foam aluminum refines on the traditional one in energy absorption performance.
