摘要 回转台是EBZ160掘进机关键部位,尺寸大,结构复杂,也是掘进机上受力最大的零件.为了有效防止回转台的铸造毛坯产生铸造裂纹、缩孔、夹杂等缺陷,保证铸造质量,对回转台的浇道和冒口进行研究后发现,冒口的位置位于回转台两侧有利于铸件整体的补缩,同时对铸造工艺参数进行修正,优化后参数为:底注包孔径50 mm,直浇道直径70 mm,横浇道直径70 mm,内浇道直径40mm(6个).经过实际检验,优化后的工艺大幅度提高了铸件质量和成品率. The gyration platform is the important part of EBZ160 roadheader.Its size is large and structure is complex,this accessory support maximal force.In order to prevent forging blank to produce casting crack,shrinkage cavity and slag inclusion,pledge cast product quality Through studying about rotary table's runner and the riser, in this paper, the position of the riser which located on the both sides of the rotary table is benefit to the whole casting to finish the process of the feeding.The optimization of the parameters is:diameter of the bottom pouring ladle is 50mm, diameter of sprue is 70mm, diameter of the runner is 70mm, diameter of the in-gate is 40mm( There is 6 in-gates).
