摘要
通过紫外分光光度法对扶绥中东金花茶、毛瓣金花茶、普通金花茶茶花中茶多酚含量和总黄酮含量进行了测定,并对测定结果进行比较分析,结果表明:(1)毛瓣金花茶花中茶多酚的含量和总黄酮含量分别为8.96%、13.78%,均高于扶绥中东金花茶和普通金花茶,且在三种金花茶中毛瓣金花茶花中茶多酚含量与其他两种金花茶具有极显著差异,扶绥中东金花茶和普通金花茶差异不显著,总黄酮含量与其他两种金花茶具有极显著差异,扶绥中东金花茶和普通金花茶有显著差异,表明毛瓣金花茶的花具有更高的药用价值,扶绥中东金花茶的花次之;(2)金花茶花中茶多酚和总黄酮含量与叶中茶多酚和总黄酮含量有一定的差异,花中茶多酚含量比幼叶中的稍低但比成熟叶中的高,毛瓣金花茶花中总黄酮比叶高约10%,表明金花茶的花也具有较高的开发利用价值;(3)毛瓣金花茶花中茶多酚含量比其他两种金花茶接近于市售成品茶,表明毛瓣金花茶的花较适合制茶.
The Camellia Achrysantha, Camellia pubipetala, ordinary golden camellias of tea polyphenols content and flavonoids content in the flower were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. we compared the results and analyzed tea-process fitness, the results showed that: 1. The total flavonoids content with other two kinds of Camellia Chrysantha tea has a very significant difference, and have significant differences between Camellia Achrysantha and ordinary golden camellias, which indicates that Camellia pubipetala's flowers with higher medicinal value, the Camellia Achrysantha's flowers was times; 2 The tea polyphenols and total flavonoids content in the flower of Camellia Chrysantha has certain differences in leaf. Its flower's tea polyphenol content is slightly lower than in younger leaves but higher than in mature leaves, Camellia pubipetala, estimated at 10% more than the leaf total flavonoids in the flower show the scented tea also has high utilization value. 3. In the flower of Camellia pubipetala, tea polyphenols content were closer to the sold into tea than the other two species of Camellia Chrysantha. It shows that Camellia pubipetala's flower is suitable for tea making.
