Study on Identification of Jiefukang Lotion by Thin-layer Chromatography

目的:建立蒙药洁妇康洗剂的薄层鉴别方法.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别该处方中苦参、关黄柏、栀子、诃子.结果:检出了该处方中苦参代表性化学成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱、关黄柏的小檗碱、栀子的栀子苷和诃子的没食子酸,色谱分离好,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰.结论:该方法简便快捷,具有较好的专属性和重复性,可用于洁妇康洗剂质量的定性控制.

Objective：To establish the identification method of Jiefukang lotion. Methods：Sophorae flavescentis Ra-dix, Phellodendri amurensis Cortex, Gardeniae Fructus, Chebulae Fructus in the formula were identified by TLC. Re-sults：The characteristic spots of matrine and oxymatrine in the Sophorae flavescentis Radix, berberine in the Phello-dendri amurensis Cortex, geniposide in the Gardeniae Fructus, gallic acid in the Chebulae Fructus were detected. The TLC spots were clear and well-separated, and the negative control showed no interference. Conclusion： Since the method is simple and convenient, and has good specificity and reproducibility, it can be used as the qualitative quality control of Jiefukang cotion.
