美国肯塔基州新教师入职培训及启示 被引量:5

摘要 新教师入职培训是帮助新教师适应新的工作环境并促进教师专业发展的重要环节,也是世界各国教师教育改革的有机组成部分。美国肯塔基州新教师入职培训历史悠久,培训方法多样,评价体系完善,实施过程完善,对于稳定教师队伍以及提升教师素养发挥着重要作用。肯塔基州新入职教师培训的有益经验,对于提升我国新教师入职培训的实效性,尤其是增强新教师敬业意识和职业信念具有重要意义。
