从水资源论证后评估开展的工作背景入手,探讨开展后评估相关工作的主要内容和程序,指出后评估工作的关键技术环节包括时机选择、现场查验、用水和节水效率评估、取退水影响评估、措施落实情况等,并根据水资源论证后评估试点实践工作,总结试点经验,提出相关建议。

From the work background of the post-evaluation of water resources assessment ,main work and operational procedures of post-evaluation were discussed ,and the key issues such as the choice of timing ,on-site inspection ,evalua-tion of water usage and water saving efficiency ,evaluation of water withdrawal influence ,implementation of control mea-sures and etc .were pointed out .Furthermore ,the successful experience of the trial post-evaluation work was summarized based on the actual practice and related suggestions were put forward .
