摘要
通过简单的水热法成功合成了不同维度、不同形貌的金属Co单质,如六角片状、柱状、杨桃状等结构。前驱体混合溶液中乙二胺的剂量可以调节反应体系pH值的反应速度。-NH2可以选择性的吸附在不同的晶面上以改变其晶面的生长速率,合成出不同维度的单质Co磁性纳米材料。在溶液中加入了不同量的十二烷基磺酸钠表面活性剂,改变不同晶面的表面能,在一定程度上改变晶体的生长方式,最终合成出了不同形貌的单质Co颗粒。通过对不同形貌的颗粒进行磁学参数的检测,可知室温下二维片状Co的饱和磁化强度远小于柱状,而矫顽力有较大的提高,同时,表面粗糙的样品具有较大饱和磁化强度和较小矫顽力。
Different dimensions and morphologies of Co such as hexagon piece ,prism and star fruit are synthesized via the Solvothermal route method .The quantity of EDA in precursor mixed solution can regulate the change speed of pH value in the reaction system . -N H2 selectively adsorbed on the different planes of the crystal can vary the grow th rate of crystal and synthesis cobalt magnetic nanomaterials with different dimensions .As surfactant ,SDS with different dosage is added into the solution to change the surface energy so as to adjust the crystal growth mode ,then we can synthesize different morphologies of cobalt particles .The magnetism parameters of the particles are tested and the results show that saturation magnetization strength of the 2‐dimension piece Co sheets is much weaker than that of the prism but with improved coercive force at room temperature .Meanwhile , rough surface samples demonstrate stronger saturation magnetization strength but weaker coercive force .
