摘要
融合教育不仅需要普通学校进行改革,也需要特殊教育学校开展变革。本研究根据杨绫子学校所在地区融合教育发展的需求,开展了历时三年半的行动研究,对学校原有的办学理念、组织管理框架、师资队伍以及教学环境等方面进行调整,使培智学校能够更有效地为本地区残疾学生提供教育服务。
Inclusive education needs reforms in both ordinary schools and special education schools. This study, based on the demands for the development of inclusive education in the place where Yanghngzi School is located, conducted a 3.5-year action research. Based on it, the author changed the ideas for running the school, the framework of school management, the teaching staff, and the teaching envimmnent, so as to enable the school to provide service for students with disabilities.
