摘要
教师教育政策的价值基础是人们对于教师教育决策活动及其结果的一种评价和选择。新加坡的教师教育政策在整合不同价值观念的基础上,集中体现了"以师为本""平等性""可选择性"以及"多样性"等价值观念,而这些价值观念又在某程度上决定了该政策的性质、方向及有效性。
The value bases of teachers education policy are the evaluation and selection of decision - making activities and their results. Teachers education policy in Singapore integrates different values and embodies the "teacher - centered", "equality", "selectivity" and "diversity" values, while these values, to a certain extent, determine the nature, direction, and effectiveness of the policy.
