On the Delivery Effect Assessment of Social Work Service

社会工作服务送达的效果评估有利于提高社会工作服务效果,规范和完善社会工作服务行为,促进社会工作的专业化和有序发展。但目前国内学者对于社会工作服务送达效果评估的研究不多,也尚未构建完善的社会工作服务送达效果评估体系。通过阐述社会工作服务送达效果评估的重要原则、关键维度以及提高社会工作服务送达效果方法和途径,为社会工作服务效果评估提供参考。

Delivery effect assessment is an instrument useful for improving social work service effect,perfecting service behaviors and promoting professional and orderly development of social work. However, in China there is so far little researches conducted in this area. An adequate assessment system is to be established. This paper elaborates the fundamental principles, key dimensions, and improvement approaches for the delivery effect assessment, in hope of some references for better assessment in this respect.
