摘要 以芦丁为标准品,采用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,通过正交试验确定了采用超声波法提取莱豆(Phaseolus lunatus L.)总黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明,液料比对黄酮提取率影响极显著,乙醇浓度、超声提取的温度和时间对提取率影响不显著;超声波法提取莱豆总黄酮的较优条件为:乙醇浓度为60%、提取温度为40℃、提取时间30min、液料比40∶1(ml/g)。 Using rutin as the standard with the spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids content,the optimum extraction conditions of extracting total flavonoids from Phaseolus lunatus L. by ultrasonic method was determined through orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the ratio of liquid to material affected the extraction rate of flavonoids very significantly; ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extraction time and temperature affected not significantly; the better conditions for flavonoids extraction through ultrasonic wave method were the followings: ethanol concentration of 60%,extraction temperature of 40℃,extraction time length of 30 min,ratio of liquid to test material of 40∶ 1( ml / g).
