摘要
在广西私营经济中,劳资关系是影响企业核心竞争力的重要因素,对企业持续发展影响力日益提高。现阶段,私营企业劳资关系中不和谐现象仍然存在,要想促进私营企业持续健康发展,就要建立符合社会主义市场经济内在要求的劳资关系框架,将劳方资方的正常博弈纳入经济社会法律体系应允的框架当中,更加重视社会工作方法在构建企业和谐劳资关系中的运用,合理划分劳资双方的权利边界,实现劳资二者关系的动态均衡。
The labor-capital relationship is the important influencing factor of core competence in Guangxi's private economy, which influences the ESD (the enterprise's sustainable development) greatly. At present stage, the disharmony of labor-capital relationship still exists. In order to promote the ESD, we should build a new frame which can adapt with the requirements of socialist market economy, and bring the labor and capital into this frame. We should attach importance to the application of social work methods in building harmonious enterprise relationship, divide the right boundary of both parties reasonably and achieve the dynamic equilibrium.
