摘要
调查了广西民族大学基层团组织"推优"工作的现状与做法,发现了诸如对"推优"工作重视不够、制度化建设不均衡、缺乏有效监督运行机制等问题,并结合当前高校共青团工作的实际情况,提出了明确"推优"对象标准条件、增进团干部与团组织交流、保持党团组织工作衔接等若干对策建议。
The article surveys the status and practice of "Recommending-the-Best" carried out by primary-level organization of League in Guangxi University for Nationalities. It is found that there are some problems in the process of "Recommending-the-Best", such as not being taken seriously, not balanced in the construction of the systematization, and lack of effective supervisory mechanism etc. The author points out that the targets being recommended should meet the criterion, League cadres should exchange ideas with the organization, and the work of the Party and League should be connected constantly.
