高职就业指导课是一门指导学生如何就业的课程,就业指导教育的成效对学生就业影响极大。本文在分析高职就业指导教育存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了提升就业指导课成效的对策。

The employment guidance course in higher vocational college is to teach the students about how to gain jobs. It plays a more and more important role in helping students get jobs. So the effectiveness of the education of the employment guidance will have a direct influence on students＇ employment. This paper shows the pointed countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance course on the basis of analyzing the problems of this course.
