三甲医院“大带小”托管之实践

On the Practical Experience of "Big leading Small" Trusteeship Model in AAA Class Hospitals

华中科技大学附属同济医院托管湖北咸宁市中心医院是国内首例三甲医院托管三甲医院。托管3年的实践证明,这种三甲医院"大带小"的新型托管模式是成功的,这为公立医院改革探索了有益经验。但这种托管模式还应从改善模式、明确周期、促进文化相融和加强政府支持等方面进行改进。

Tong Ji Hospital （afflilated hospital of Huanzhong University of Science and Tectmology） trustees Hubei Xianning Center Hospital, which is the first case of AAA class hospital＇s trusteeship of AAA class hospital. Three years＇trusteeg practice has proved, this kind of ＂Big leading Small＂ model is successful, and gives beneficial experiences for public hospital reform. While this model still needs improving from the following aspects： improving model, making the cycle clear, promoting cultural harmony, and strengthening the government＇s support, etc..
