性激素结合球蛋白与骨质疏松症

摘要 性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)是由肝脏合成分泌的一种糖蛋白,通过与类固醇激素(特别是雌激素和雄激素)结合发挥影响性激素生物利用度的效应。血清SHBG水平改变与包括骨质疏松症在内的多种疾病有关。骨质疏松症是一种遗传与环境因素相互作用的复杂疾病,近年发现血清SHBG水平升高与骨质疏松症或骨折密切相关,本文就血清SHBG水平与骨质疏松症的关系作一综述。 Sex hormone-binding globulin（ SHBG） is a glycoprotein that is produced and released by the liver.SHBG binds with high affinity to sex steroids（ especially estradiol and androgen）,thereby regulates their bioavailability and access to target cells. SHBG is involved in many diseases,including osteoporosis,according to the researches. Osteoporosis is a complex disease which is affected by gene and surroundings. Several resent studies have shown close relationship between high level of SHBG and osteoporosis or fracture. Therefore,This review is to illustrate the relationship between them.
