紫灯胶囊治疗颈性眩晕48例的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Zideng Capsule in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo for 48 Cases

目的:观察紫灯胶囊治疗颈性眩晕(CV)的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将笔者所在医院中医科收治的96例CV患者分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。给予对照组患者口服氟桂利嗪,2粒/次,1次/d;给予观察组患者口服紫灯胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,连续用药1个疗程即30 d。分别于治疗前后对两组患者的血液流变学指标进行检测。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.7%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血液流变指标较治疗前均有明显的改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患者的血液流变指标较对照组有更显著的改善,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫灯胶囊治疗CV疗效肯定,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective： To observer the clinical effect of Zideng Capsule in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Method： A total of 96 patients with cervical vertigo were divided into two groups according to the random method.48 cases treated with Flunarizine（2 pills/time,1 time/day） were taken as the control group,the other 48 cases treated with Zideng Capsule（4 pills/time,3 times/day） were taken as the observation group.30 days were a course of treatment,and before and after the treatment the hemorheology indexes of two groups were tested.Result： The total effective rate of observation group and control group respectively was 91.7%,75.0%,and the differences had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The hemorheology indexes of two groups both improved,and the observation group more significant improved than the control group,and the differences had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Zideng Capsule is reliable,worthy of clinical application.
