磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜在带状疱疹护理中的效果评价

Estimation of the Effect of Sulfadiazine Zinc in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:评价磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜剂外用于带状疱疹皮损护理的疗效及可行性。方法:选取110例患者随机分为护理组和对照组,护理组外用磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜剂涂抹,对照组外用庆大霉素液湿敷,两组同时给予阿昔洛韦治疗。观察病后14 d时患者状况和皮损愈合、疼痛减轻所用时间及发生瘢痕病例数等指标,行统计学分析。结果:护理组治疗总有效率96.36%。对照组治疗总有效率70.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理组皮损愈合时间、疼痛消失时间少于对照组,愈合后瘢痕出现率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磺胺嘧啶锌涂膜剂应用于带状疱疹皮肤损害治疗中方法可行,疗效良好。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Sulfadiazine Zinc in the treatment of herpes zoster.Method：110 cases were selected and randomly divided into nursing group and control group.Patients in the nursing group received the treatment of Sulfadiazine Zinc,while the Gentamicin was used in the control group.All the patients were administered the Acyclovir Tablets for anti-virus treatment.The major endpoints were patients＇ health situation at 14 days after the disease onset,the time to cure the herpes surface,the time to release of pain,and the prevalence of scaring case.Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.36%,respectively,70.91% in the control group,the rates were significantly different（P〈0.05）.The time to cure the herpes surface,the time to release of pain in the nursing group and the prevalence of scaring case were less than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is effective to use Sulfadiazine Zinc for herpes zoster treatment.
