舒适护理干预在手术室护理中的应用与效果评价

Application and Evaluation of Comfort Care Interventions in the Operating Room Nursing

目的:探讨舒适护理干预在手术室护理中的应用与临床疗效。方法:从2013年10月-2014年3月笔者所在医院手术室进行手术的患者中选取110例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予舒适护理干预措施,观察两组患者的临床疗效及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理干预可以减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪反应和生理上的不适感,增强患者的耐受力,有利于提高手术成功率,提高了护理质量和患者满意度,值得在临床普遍推广与应用。

Objective：To discuss the application clinical curative effect of comfort nursing intervention in the operating room nursing.Method：110 cases who received surgery in the operating room of our hospital from October 2013 to March 2014 were selected.they were randomly divided them into observation group and control group,the control group was received routine care measures,the observation group was received comfort care interventions based on the routine care.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result：Observation group of patients with clinical effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comfortable nursing intervention can reduce the patient＇s anxiety,depression,emotional reaction and physical discomfort,enhance patients＇ tolerance,and is conducive to improve the success rate of surgery,improves the nursing quality and patients satisfaction,is worth in clinical popularization and application.
