摘要
目的:观察腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻的综合护理的效果。方法:对笔者所在医院48例腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者给予胃肠减压、病情观察、饮食指导及出院后延续性护理等系列综合护理干预,观察护理效果。结果:出院时及出院后1年患者合理饮食比例略有下降(P>0.05),适当运动、对疾病理解和腹部按摩患者比例逐渐增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的综合护理能提高腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻的治愈率,改善患者出院后的生活方式,有利于减少再复发。
Objective：To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on adhesive ileus after abdominal operation.Method：48 patients with adhesive ileus after abdominal operation in our hospital were given comprehensive nursing,including gastrointestinal decompression,diet guidance and post-discharge continuing nursing.The nursing effects were observed.Result：The proportion of reasonable diet when discharged and 1 year after discharged was slightly decrease（P〉0.05）,the proportions of proper exercise,understanding of the disease and abdominal massages were gradual increased,there were statistical significances（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing can effectively enhance the cure rate of adhesive ileus after abdominal operation,improve the patients＇ life style after discharge,is beneficial to decrease the recurrence.
