通心络胶囊治疗高血压脑出血的临床研究

Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨通心络胶囊治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的脑出血患者110例,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均采用西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗,治疗3周为一疗程,对比两组治疗一疗程后神经功能缺损评分(CCSS)、斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(SSS)改善情况及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前CCSS、SSS评分比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后各项评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CCSS、SSS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆粘度,高切粘度、中切粘度、低切粘度均较治疗前明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项指标明显低于对照组,总显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:通心络胶囊治疗高血压脑出血,可有效改善患者神经功能,改善患者血液粘度,疗效确切,是治疗安高血压脑出血的有效治疗药物。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Tongxinluo capsules against hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： A total of 110 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected and divided randomly into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy of western medicine. On the basis of conventional thera- py, observation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsules with three weeks as a period of treatment. After one period of treatment, neurological deficit score （CCSS）, amelioration condition of Scandinavian Stroke Scale （SSS） and clinical efficacy were compared in two groups. Results： Before treatment, no significant difference in CCSS and SSS wereobserved between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the item score decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. The scores of CCSS and SSS in observation group were significantly lower than that of in control group （P〈0.05）. The plasma viscosity, high, midst and low shear rates viscosities in both groups significantly decreased comparing with that before treatment （P〈0.05）. After treat- ment, each indicator of observation group was significantly lower than that of in control group （P〈0.05）, while the total effi- ciency of observation group was higher than control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sions： In the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, Tongxinluo capsules can ameliorate nerve function and blood vis- cosity of patients effectively, and the curative effect is accurate. Tongxinluo capsule is an effective therapy for hypertensive cer- ebral hemorrhage.
