血清MMP、TIMP、TGF-β1及VEGF与慢阻肺气道重塑的关系

Relationship between serum MMP,TIMP,TGF-β1,VEGF and airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的：研究血清基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂（TIMP）、转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）及血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）与慢阻肺气道重塑的关系。方法：选取2011年11月~2014年2月本院收治的60例慢阻肺患者为观察组,同期的60名健康同龄人为对照组,比较两组血清MMP、TIMP、TGF-β1及VEGF水平,并将观察组中不同TDR者的检测结果进行比较,采用Logistic分析上述指标与疾病的关系。结果：观察组血清MMP、TIMP、TGF-β1及VEGF水平均高于对照组,同时TDR较高者的检测水平高于较低者,经Logistic分析处理显示上述指标均与本病有密切的关系（P均〈0.05）。结论：血清MMP、TIMP、TGF-β1及VEGF与慢阻肺气道重塑有密切的关系,对于慢阻肺气道重塑状态的了解有较高的价值。

Objective： To study the relationship between serum MMP,TIMP,TGF-β1,VEGF and airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：A total of 60 patients in our hospital from November 2011 to February 2014 were selected as observation group, 60 healthy persons with the same age at the same time were selected as control group, then the serum MMP,TIMP,TGF-β1 and VEGF of two groups were detected and compared. The detection results of observation group with different TDR were compared too,and the relationship between those indexes and disease were analyzed by the Logistic analysis. Results：The serum MMP, TIMP, TGF-β1 and VEGF of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group, and the detection levels of observation group with higher TDR were all higher than those of patients with lower TDR,and those indexes all had close relationship to the disease by the Logistic analysis （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The serum MMP, TIMP,TGF-β1 and VEGF all have close relationship with the airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and they are highly valuable for airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
