短期速效胰岛素与长效胰岛素联合强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能及氧化应激的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨短期速效胰岛素联合长效胰岛素强化治疗在初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中对胰岛功能及氧化应激的影响。方法:采用短期速效胰岛素与长效胰岛素联合治疗67例初诊T2DM患者,对比治疗前后患者空腹血糖(FPG)餐后2h血糖(2hPPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、胰岛素分泌指数(△I3 0/△G3 0)以及丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等指标的变化。结果:治疗后患者FPG、2hPPG以及HbA1c均明显降低,FINS明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);HOMA-β及△I3 0/△G3 0均明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);MDA明显降低,SOD明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论:短期速效胰岛素与长效胰岛素联合强化治疗初诊T2DM能够在良好控制血糖的基础上有效修复和改善胰岛功能,并减轻体内的氧化应激水平,值得推广。 Objective: To discuss the influence of short-term acting insulin combined with long-term intensive insulin in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM. Methods: A total of 67 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were treated with shortterm acting insulin combined with long-term intensive insulin, then FPG, 2 h PPG, FINS, HhAlc, HOMA-β, △I30/△G30 and MDA, SOD were compared before and after the treatment. Results: FPG, 2 h PPG, and HbAlc were significantly lower after the treatment than before(P〈0. 01), FINS was significantly higher than before (P〈0. 01), HOMA-β and △I30/△G30 were significantly higher, MDA significantly lower, and SOD significantly higher(P〈0.01). Conclusion.. Short-term acting in- sulin combined with long-term intensive insulin can effectively repair and improve islet function and reduce the oxidative stress levels based on good blood glucose control in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM, ifs worthy of promotion.
