摘要
目的:探讨热毒宁联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎及对患者抗炎、促炎因子和免疫功能的影响。方法:支原体肺炎患儿110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组单独采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合热毒宁序贯疗法治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组(74.55%)(P<0.01)。治疗4、11d后,观察组患儿血清白介素-4、10、6(IL-4、IL-10、IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组CD3+、CD4+及红细胞C3b受体(RBC-C3bR)水平均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)、CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:热毒宁联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,能改善患者血清抗炎因子、促炎因子、细胞及红细胞免疫指标。
Objective: To study effect of reduning injection combined with azithromycin sequential therapy on anti-in- flammatory, proinflammatory cytokines and immune function of mycoplasma pneumonia children. Methods:A total of 110 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by azithromycin sequential therapy, while patients in observation group patients were treated with azithromycin sequential therapy combined Reduning injection treatment. Results: The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.36%, significantly higher than that of the control group (74.55%) (P〈0.01). After 4 and 11 d, serum IL-4, IL-10, IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-γ level of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.01). IL-2 levels were significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). CD3+ , CD4+ and RBC-C3bR of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.01). RBC-ICR and CDS' level of the ob- servation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusicn: Reduning injection combined with azithromycin sequential therapy has good curative effect in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. It canimprove the serum inflammatory factors, proinflammatory cytokines, cell and red cell immune function.
