做好年轻新干部的群众观教育是当前践行党的群众路线教育实践活动的应有之义。新形势新任务下,研究和把握年轻新干部自身的特点和所处的现实环境,探索加强年轻新干部群众观教育的有效途径,对于发扬党的优良传统,提高年轻新干部处理群众事务的能力有重要的现实意义。

Cultivating the proper view of mass among the new young carders is essential in fulfilling Communist Par-ty’s education practice of mass line. In view of the new situation and new tasks,it is practically significant to study and grasp the characteristics of the young carders and their realistic situation,to explore effective ways to strengthen their education about the view of mass,to carry forward the Party’s good traditions,and to improve the capacity of new young cadres to deal with mass affairs.
