合并代谢综合征的老年2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素、网膜素水平变化及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

Change of plasma visfatin and omentin level in the population of theold type 2 diabetes with metabolic syndrome

摘要 目的观察合并代谢综合征的老年2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素(Visfatin)、网膜素(Omentin)水平变化及其影响因素。方法选用病例-对照研究,共入选120例,病例组根据代谢综合征及2型糖尿病诊断标准入选合并代谢综合征的老年2型糖尿病患者60例,同期入选年龄、性别匹配的60例健康体检者为对照组,酶联免疫吸附法检测内脂素、网膜素,常规测量身高、体重、血压,计算BMI、HOMR-IR,检测空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标,比较两组内脂素、网膜素水平,并将内脂素、网膜素与其他指标进行相关分析。结果合并代谢综合征的老年2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素、网膜素水平降低[内脂素:(1.08±0.69)μg/L vs.(4.06±1.04)μg/L,网膜素(9.29±6.53)μg/L vs.(14.87±7.57)μg/L,P均<0.01],血清内脂素与BMI(r=-0.331)、HOMA-IR(r=-0.634)、WHR(r=-0.118)、FPG(r=-0.59)呈负相关,血清网膜素与BMI(r=-0.323)、HOMA-IR(r=-0.338)、WHR(r=-0.149)、FPG(r=-0.346)均呈负相关。结论合并代谢综合征的老年2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素、网膜素水平降低,并与BMI、HOMR-IR、腰臀比、空腹血糖呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the change of plasma visfatin and omantin level in the population of the old type 2 diabetes with metabolic syndrome. Methods As a case control study, 120 cases were enrolled in the study, included normal control group (60 cases) and the old type 2 diabetes with metabolic syndrome group (60 cases). Plasma visfatin and omentin levels were assayed by ELISA, the relationship of plasma visfatin, omentin level with BMI, HOMA-IR, fasting plasma glucose levels were analysed. Results The visfatin and omentin level in the T2DM group, visfatin (1.08±0.69)μg/L vs. (4.064-1.04)ttg/L, omentin (9.29±6.53)μg/L vs. (14.87±7.57)μg/L, P〈0.01, the visfatin level were negatively related with BMI (r=-0.331), HOMA-IR (r=-0.634), WHR (r=-0.118), FPG (r=-0.59). The omantin level were negatively related with BMI (r=-0.323), HOMA-IR (r=-0.338), WHR (r=-0.149), FPG (rffi-0.346). Conclusion The level of visfatin and omentin level in the T2DM group are decreased and negatively relate with BMI, HOMA-IR, WHR and FPG.
