Glucagon like peptide-1 and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 新近研究发现胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)不仅能促进胰岛素释放、调节血糖动态平衡,还具有抑制骨吸收、增加骨形成的作用。本文就GLP-1对2型糖尿病骨质疏松的作用机制作一综述。 Recent studies show that glucagon like peptide-1 （GLP-1） can not only promote releasing insulin, regulate glucose dynamic balance, but also inhibit bone absorption and stimulate bone formation. This paper reviewed the mechanism of GLP-1 on osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus.
