我国民事诉讼中弱势群体法律保护的现状与建议

On the Situations and Suggestions of Legal Protection of Vulnerable Groups in Civil Action

随着我国改革开放和社会转型的加快,不同利益集团之间的矛盾和冲突不断加剧,弱势群体问题日益凸显,尤其在民事诉讼中所处的困境,严重影响了司法公正,阻碍社会的稳定与发展。因此,加强弱势群体的法律保护势在必行。本文主要站在民事诉讼的角度,分析了弱势群体法律保护的现状及存在的问题,并由此提出完善弱势群体保护的几点建议。

With the development of the reform and opening-up, the contradictions of different interest groups have become more and more fierce. People of vulnerable groups are facing a lot of problems in civil action, which seriously affects the justice and hinders the social development. Therefore, enhancing the legal protection of vulnerable groups is very necessary. This article analyzes the problems existing in the protection of vulnerable groups in the context of civil action, and the situations provides some suggestions for those problems.
